-4-6 chicken breasts
-1/2 cup chicken broth or water
-1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper


1. Place the chicken breasts in a 6-quart slow cooker.

2. In a small bowl, combine the chicken broth or water, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.

4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

5. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
