– 2 cups of glutinous rice flour
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the water, oil, and vanilla extract.

4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.

5. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with oil or butter.

6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
