Ingredients Needed

4 boneless pork chops

1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 teaspoon of paprika

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

2 eggs

1 cup of breadcrumbs

1/4 cup of vegetable oil


1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs.

4. Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.

5. Dip each pork chop into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs. Make sure to press the breadcrumbs onto the pork chop to ensure that all sides of the pork chop are coated.

6. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

7. Place the breaded pork chops into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the pork chops are golden brown.

8. Transfer the pork chops to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
