– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon pepper


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place the chicken breasts into a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.

3. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

4. In a separate shallow dish, beat the eggs.

5. In a third shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs.

6. Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and then into the breadcrumbs, making sure to coat each piece thoroughly.

7. Place the breaded chicken onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breading is golden brown.
