How To Cook Eye Of Round Beef Steak

– 1 eye of round beef steak
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Optional seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, etc.


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Rub the steak with the olive oil and season it with salt and pepper (and any other seasonings you like).
