Ingredients:

2 pounds of beef tips
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of beef broth
1/2 cup of red wine
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the olive oil to the skillet and when hot, add the beef tips.
3. Cook the beef tips until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add in the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour in the beef broth, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and Italian seasoning.
6. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef tips are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
7. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice. Enjoy!
