Instructions

1. Begin by removing the steak from the refrigerator and allowing it to come to room temperature.

2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4. Place the steak in an oven-safe dish or on a roasting rack.

5. Cook the steak for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare.
