•1 teaspoon of salt

•1/2 cup of beef broth or stock


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place the beef brisket in a shallow roasting pan.

3. Drizzle the olive oil over the brisket and rub it in with your hands.
