– 2 to 2.5 lb eye round roast
– 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a small bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and onion powder. Mix together until combined.

3. Place roast in a roasting pan or baking dish. Rub the mixture all over the roast, making sure to coat it evenly.

4. Place roast in preheated oven and cook for 25 minutes per pound, or until desired doneness.

5. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
