Ingredients

– 4-5 lb. beef roast
– 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
– 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
– 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
– 2-3 cups of beef broth

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place beef roast on a cutting board and pat dry with paper towels.

3. Rub olive oil all over the roast and season generously with salt and pepper.

4. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce.

5. Rub the garlic mixture all over the roast.

6. Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth into the pan.

7. Place the roasting pan in the oven and roast for approximately 2 hours or until the internal temperature of the roast reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

8. After 2 hours, remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
